I can not get HBO Max that came free with my upgraded plan. On myaccountoverview, there is no HBO Max tab to click. I have tried everything to no avail.  I tried the TVsign in with the pass code and then signed in with my provider ID and password but I keep getting that it cant verify it. Any suggestion??

Please follow the "Set up HBO Max" steps outlined in the middle section of our support article. It is key that you sign into att.com via a desktop browser for step 1. 

  1. Go to your myAT&T account overview
  2. Look for the Activate HBO Max tile.
  3. Choose Activate, if asked.
  4. Download HBO Max from your app store.
  5. Open HBO Max and select the person icon.
  6. Choose Sign in, then Sign in with a Provider.
  7. Select AT&T and enter your user ID and password to start streaming.
