HBO Max signin via wireless account - Unlimited &More

I had HBOMax via DirectTV but I dropped DTV. Now when I attempt to access HBO via my Firestick I cannot.

I logged out of HBO on my Firestick, cleared the data and the cache, and logged out. Then i deleted the HBO app and reinstalled the HBO app. It let me log in with my HBO email and password, then attempted to verify with the code; i went to hbomax.com/tvsignin and entered the code -- all looked good. when i attempted to watch a show, it prompted me to signin. I selected sign in with provider, selected att, input my att user id (my CTN) and password (validated correct password by logging directly into att.com) and got that dtv could not verify my subscription. I looked at the help info - said to go to att.com and link HBO with my wireless by finding the HBO panel -- i cannot find that panel and cannot figure out how to confirm whether HBO is linked to my wireless account. I used the att.com chat help but it is just a bot that did not provide an answer. My CTN is [EDITED per Community Guidelines].

Hi vs1809! We are here to help you activate your HBO Max on your wireless account!

If you are unable to find the HBO Max tile, download the myAT&T app if you don't have it already, if you do have it, reinstall the app to reset it. If you are using the web browser, try switching browsers or clearing your cookies & cache on your browser settings.

Learn how to set up HBO Max on your account by going to your myAT&T account overview from a desktop browser (not the myAT&T app)> Activate HBO Max tile> Activate>Download & open HBO Max>Sign in>Sign in with a Provider>AT&T and enter your user ID and password to start streaming.

For other select AT&T Unlimited plans that are provisioned with HBO Max, sign into att.com on the web (not the myAT&T app)>Activate HBO MAX/ Start watching now>Sign in and stream HBO Max.

After, sign in and stream HBO Max by downloading the HBO Max app>Sign in >Sign in through TV/mobile provider>Allow/Don't allow>AT&T >Sign in >Create your HBO Max profile and choose your profile to start streaming.
