HBO Max - Its finally working again

I tried all the recovery steps to no avail, but finally after a call with Max from ATT, it is finally working. 

Instead of working through the ATT app, she had me go to the ATT webpage and log in. Www.att.com/my

Once logged in, scroll down and find the "Activate HBO Max" app. (This was not on my ATT app homepage)

Click the button.

Login using the HBO Max app.

Ta-da! This is all it took to reactivate my service after weeks of being "unsubscribed."
