Why did I lose my shows when I got a new U-verse DVR box?
I recently had to get a new DVR box for U-verse and lost all my shows. My friend had Comcast when she got a new box she did not lose any shows they were in the cloud. Does AT&T not offer this or have this it’s 2020??

When you replace your Uverse DVR you lose your recordings but not your schedule.
There is talk of using a cloud based format but that is not available at this time.
