800-288-2020 to schedule a tech appointment.
The tech will need to chat to correct the issue or swap the equipment from their inventory.
Set Top not matching can be one of several things including request to swap not placed when replacement unit shipped, receiver belongs to a different account (eBay, Craigslist, family, friend provided), or attempted to activate before scheduled time frame.
In all cases the box is now dirty(unclean) and will not work till “scrubbed clean” for activation. If assigned to a different account cannot be used, needs replacement.
