Remote does not work
My remote has stopped responding, the two upper left buttons (ATT and TV) are red. The tv screen has the Press OK to Watch TV message but does nothing when OK is pressed. I have held the power button down twice to restart the TV but the same message returns.

Could be a button is stuck causing continual IR transmission & no other buttons work. Also, take out teh batteries & replace them.

Wow, you're a genius. Took the back off the remote and just removed the batteries and stuck them back in. Works fine now, thanks for this simple solution.

I have checked all of the buttons and they aren't stuck. I have done before and my daughter happened to he here and she said it was an easy fix, and did something. It says that I am on analog tv. I do not understand.

The screen is saying that I am on analog? No sticking of the buttons
[removed excess blank space]

@Shkelly - Have you tried fresh batteries? Nothing blocking the sensor on the STb?

No. I've changed the batteries. I cannot power the television on and off with the remote (or change channels or mute the danged commercials). If it is a "stuck" button, how do I "unstick" it?

My remote is years old. The buttons are not stuck. The batteries are brand new. I cannot push any harder to get them to work. How do I get a new control? This one is worn out!

@PlanBee
You have 3 ways to replace it,
The att remote models numbers are the s10, s20, and s30.
