Picture not fitting TV screen

Hello @ingramtr , we will be glad to guide you through the steps to get your picture to fit your TV screen.

We recommend changing your screen resolution. 

To choose the correct setting for your TV

1. Press Menu on your U-verse TV remote control.
2. Scroll down to Options then press OK.
3. Select System and scroll right to TV Screen Resolution then press OK.
4. Select one of the settings, depending on your TV capability.
