Need replacement remotes for bad buttons, How to order out of stock remotes?

I need some new remotes, quick.  I've got a bunch of different problems, and I'd like to replace them, but they aren't available on At&t website.  How can you only sell one model of remote control and be out of stock?

I bought 2 a20-rf1's from a tech one time, but those point anywhere remotes are basically useless, since you have to point them away from set top box to get them to work, and they only register a key press about 50% of the time.  One of them is still in the package, since who needs a useless remote. One of my s10-s4's pause button only works if you press it insanely hard with your fingernail.  My other s10's tv input button stopped working, so I have to use tv remote to switch inputs now.  I even tried using an ancient silver remote, but that one has a bad volume down button.

I'd like 4 new s20 or s30's.

How do I get new ones?  @ATTU-verseCare @ATTCommunityTeam

Thank you

Have you called tech support to ask for them?

Not yet I was trying to avoid having to sit on the phone and waste a bunch of time.  Shouldn't this be something basic and easy?  Or is this just another way At&t is trying to force customers to switch to DirecTV.

Sorry but this is the standard procedure for replacing any equipment.

You must be pretty hard on remotes! Man LOL  As for the point anywhere remote, your description pretty much agrees with the video in the amazon reviews on that remote.

@_xyzzy_    I'm not that hard on the remotes. We watch a lot of TV. The uverse remotes are cheap Garbage. Another problem the U-verse remotes have I didn't notice until I started using batteries with the built in battery testers, is that the U-verse remotes will drain 1 battery to zero and the other battery will still have 90% of it's charge, so essentially you waste half the AA batteries you use.

I have tv remotes that are 20 years old and still work perfectly on the other hand.

Yes that's usually the procedure, but why can't At&t do better?  And why is the website sold out? That's unacceptable.

Also I have gotten equipment through this forum before.  If @ATTU-verseCare decides they want to be helpful.
