Missing DVR

My DVR isn't working. It says my recording list is unavailable. I did online chat the other day with ATT and had to stop in the middle. The rep gave me something to try and said he'd call me the next day to see if it worked. It didn't and he didn't call. I really don't want to loose my recordings. Anyone got ideas on how to fix it?

Yes, live TV is okay but no pause, rewind, fast forward, or record.

 

I did the reset for the DVR that you mention (unplug, plug-in, unplug, plug-in, etc.), and that didn't fix it. But I don't understand what you mean by "On Demand screen, test".

 

I also did the reset of the RG and that didn't work.

 

How do I do a factory reset of the DVR? I did one that I found here in the forums where I hold down the OK and down button, I don't remember all the steps off the top of my head, but that didn't work either.
