DVR shows recorded after 8/28/22 all show "no info available".

Apparently after 8/28/2022 all the shows that recorded show no info available. I'm not sure what happened on that date, but I would like to know if there's a way to fix that. I have restarted both receivers. I did not reboot the gateway, as that takes a long time, so unless that is definitely the fix, I'd just as soon avoid that. Anyone have any ideas?

Definitely need to reboot gateway and dvr and all set top box receivers, in that order.  yes it takes some time, but I can't imagine it takes more time than waiting for a response from att tech support lol. 

What's happening is your dvr isn't updating the guide listings data.

Hey there! Let's get your DVR reconnected @jsshrimp1!


We recommend doing a hard reboot by unplugging/plugging in power cord after 30 seconds, this helps resolve many DVR errors.
