DVR shows prorgams are recording and later they are gone

Recently, DVR shows prorgams are recording and later they are gone. Also, DVR is scheduled to record local news programs on weekends and it does not record. I have cancelled scheule and resetm rebooted router, rebooted DVR 3 times and nothing changes!

Also, I have set local PBS station to record some programs shown in Guide, yet when I play they are totally different programs.

HELP!

This happened to me fairly recently. AT&T tried resetting my DVR to recover the shows, but they couldn't. They ended up sending me a new DVR, and after a couple of weeks, it did the same thing! Also, it took a couple of tries with each round of this to get them to *actually* ship the DVR. They seem to have trouble with this task for some reason. Best of luck with this annoying problem.

this is happening to me now. they just send a ”new” DVR (from 2010) and it happened again. so frustration! have a call in to customer service, but obviously there is some other problem

Our DVR has been acting strange for 3 weeks now. Often iits a bright red X on start-up. after re-booting, the DVR will works for a few hours. Then shows that record will only play-back for about the first 5 minutes of a show, then a black screen. All the self tests show the Internet is fine, with upload and download speeds over 100 MB. I've tried to contact AT&T multiple times. The "virtural agent"is never available. Phone calls to support just redirect you to the support site, which is not helpful at all.
