DVR Issue
My DVR will not turn on. Although the LINK green light is on, I can't get the unit to turn on manually or by remote control. It's a Cisco unit. I recently connected it to a new Smart TV and it was working OK but then it just quit. Any help?

First and easiest attempt is to disconnect the power from the back, wait a few seconds and plug it back in. This is a soft reboot.
If that doesn't work, you can try rebooting your entire system (RG/DVR/STBs).
