It was on my Experian credit score as a negative collection
EERC collection agency
Took it off the report
I didn't agree with the amount or the reason.
I called AT&T U-verse and they were able to look back at the account from 2016 and I did return the equipment.
But the 2 months of service wasn't paid.
I agreed on $88.00
2 pymts of $44.00
Thank you for the comment about the 7 yrs it should have fallen off but it doesn't always work like that.
