How would you get one? If they ship a d.v.r. to you, you would have to communicate with a local tech center via a vrad and ping it to start receiving. Unless they can do this online from the main which I don't think is possible.
As far as I know a tech must come out and activate through a few sequences and then confirm signal back and forth twice with his center.
