The city is the one requiring ATT to sign off on the release of Easement. Please don't give bad answers to people.

We're here to assist with your easement request, rcummings82!

Due to the nature of you concern, we will need to continue this conversation into a direct message. This way we can email the appropriate representative for your area. Be on the lookout for a chat notification in the upper right-hand portion of the page, next to the bell icon.

While we send your that message, please gather the following as it will be needed:

  • Full name
  • Contact number
  • Address of easement

We look forward to speaking with you!

ATTHelp, I would like to place a complaint against your employee above (Constructive) who is giving rude and incorrect responses.

@rcummings82 this is a public forum you cant make any complaints , i gave you truthful and factual answers ive been doing this job for 12 years, i see nowhere in my responses that were rude

"dont tell me i dont know my job" is rude. So is calling the city representative lazy. So is arguing with a client. And I hate to tell you, but I can definitely make a complaint, regardless of this being a public forum.

No response needed. Thanks. You've helped quite enough.

I guess you missed the disclaimer in the Signature box, Karen.

I am an AT&T employee, and the postings on this site are my own and don't necessarily represent AT&T's position, strategies or opinions.

Did you receive the DM that was offered?

I didn't miss anything skeeterintexas, but thanks for your rude comment as well. I expect better from a fellow Texan.
