What is HBO on going compared to HBO regular subscription?

Is it only video on demand only? I don't see it explained anywhere or why it is charged less that full HBO. This is an option shown on the account page for adding Uverse TV services. I saw it when adding the HD tier recently.

HBO streaming service is the same as HBO go except you do not need a subscription.  I hope that was the question you asked.  It was not very clear

I decided to subscribe after receiving an email from AT&T. And I found it to be the full use of HBO channels and the HBO Go app which is nice.

I was just confused by the term "On Going." Since a discount is applied at check out I believe it may be an offer available under certain conditions or for a certain amount of time.

I'm certainly not complaining. I do like the HBO offer. But "Ongoing" is what I was wondering about and what to expect how long the offer would last. The term "on Going" is also applied to HBO and Cinemax package offer.
