U-Verse TV Free Soundbar Promo
I signed up for a U-verse TV/Internet package a month ago and was supposedly awarded a free JBL sound bar as a promotion along with Visa Reward cards. I've received the redemption information for the cards but have heard nothing on the soundbar. I did the AT&T "contact us" chat and U-verse support said they have nothing on my account.
Anyone else sign up for this promo who's received it?

Same boat here. I signed up for a TV/Internet bundle and was promised a JBL Bluetooth soundbar but I can't get any verification that it's coming. When I call to talk to someone they only verify the rewards card (albeit $50 less than I remember being promised). Unfortunately, I didn't save the transcript from the chat of when I signed up. I'm not even sure where to go from here. I don't know why I can't pull up a copy of all the promotions that were promised. Anyone else have luck?

Same Here,
I have spoken to 5 different people today and on phone for roughly 1.5 hours to no avail. They are acting like I did something wrong, when it is their system.

Same problem here. No one at AT&T can find the free soundbar on my order anywhere. I already received my rewards cards but still nothing about the soundbar. Not too happy at the moment.

I spent 3 hours with att trying to get my sound bar. They said it’s not in my order, luckily I have a screenshot. Basically I got the run around. No one knows anything. Very frustrating to say the least.

yes, having the same problem. called them several times, but they are not aware of the sound bar promo. very strange as others have been promised the same

Same problem here. At&T acting like they know nothing about the sound bar promo. I have been giving the run around to hysterical levels. I have been on the phone with them for over 7 hours with them since I placed my order. NOT HAPPY WITH AT&T!

I'M HAVING THE SAME ISSUE!!!!! On the phone with AT&T's customer service department now. I've spoken to 4 different people in 4 different departments. They tried to transfer me a 5th time. No one seems to know anything about how to get the speaker. I'M EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED.
