Hey @cb4053. Thanks for reaching out about your transfer of billing responsibility for your U-verse service.
Even though it is a grandfathered plan, you'll still be able to transfer the billing responsibility to someone else if that were to happen. Here is the information to complete the process to transfer billing responsibility.
