U-Verse Reward Card
I'm waiting on a $200 reward card, and a $50 reward card; It says processing; Can anyone tell me how long that takes before it ships? And do they ship to billing or service address if they're different? Chat hasn't helped me one bit, it's frustrating to get a generic response every time.

Generally 3-4 weeks if you are referring to the reward center here: https://rewardcenter.att.com/ 😉
