Service outage in Carthage, TX
My grandparents live alone in Carthage, Texas and have apparently been without TV and phone service since early Friday morning. I tried contacting customer support, but from what I gathered the problem won't be resolved until end of business on Wednesday? Is letting an 80 year old couple out in East Texas go an entire week without phone or TV access your idea of customer service? This is deeply upsetting and will possibly result in the loss of a long-time customer.
Can anyone shed some light on this situation and what act of God is keeping my grandparents in the dark for so long?
