Reward Card Never Received

For more information about the reward process and receiving your reward card, visit the Reward Center Information Page.

After you activate/install your qualifying service, watch your mailbox. You will receive reward claim information within 4 weeks of installation/activation. Once notified, you’ll need to go to the Reward Center and claim your reward.

To Track Your Claim

To track the progress of your reward after you’ve made your claim, access the reward tracker by logging in to the Reward Center.

It will take about 3 weeks to receive your reward.

Over 30 Days Since You Ordered Service
If it’s been over 30 days since you ordered your service and you haven’t received any information about the reward you were offered during your purchase, don’t worry, the important date here is the installation/activation date (and not the order date). You should receive a reward notification letter within 30 days after your service was installed and activated.

If it’s been at least 30 days since your service was installed and activated, visit the Reward Center and enter your account number and zip code. All of your eligible rewards will be displayed there.

Same exact issue.  I ordered services in November no $100 card after about 2 months so I called ..promised a new card ..never came now about 5 months later ..hours on the phone ...told twice it was in the mail ..talked with a supervisor even and they wouldn’t help ..no card!  AT&T has the absolute worst customer service I have even encountered!  What a scam to promise something and it never comes!  Obviously with all theee issues they’d try and resolve but nope they don’t care at all!  Even while I’m on the phone they’re trying to sell me other services..wha whatttttt seriously you can’t handle a simple issue why would I want other services!

Wow,. this seems to be an ongoing frequent problem.  June 4, 2019..I too was promised a $300 reward card, by a rep in the store and a rep on the phone when I got my new devices.  I went to upgrade ONE phone and ended up getting 2 phones and an additional line all because of the reward I was promised.  July 03..After 1 month of not receiving the email I called, was told by that rep he couldn't find it, said he took care of it I would get it in 7-10 business days, even gave me a confirmation number.  July 19..Still not received, called again, was told she couldn't find it, confirm # didn't mean anything/didn't exist anywhere.  She said she was speaking with the reward center while I was on hold and that it had AGAIN been taken care of and I would receive it in 7-10 business days.  She said I could track it in the meantime on the rewards site.  June 24...checked site, said no reward found.  Called again, talked to 7 different people in at least 4 different departments, was given 3 different reasons, none of which made any sense, as to why I was, all of a sudden, now not eligible for the reward.  Last person I spoke to said I was eligible and to wait another week as it hadn't been the 10 business days yet??  Aug 13... still nothing, called again, now this last call was actually 4 different calls as I kept getting disconnected as I was transferred 9 Times and spoke to 13 DIFFERENT PEOPLE, none of which in the end was able to help me.  Half of them told me I was eligible and they didn't know why I didn't get it and the other half gave me at least 4 different excuses why I wasn't eligible.  When I insisted to talk to a supervisor I was told he was on with another call, I insisted on waiting, after waiting for about 1 1/2 hours the man on the phone went through the whole story with me AGAIN.  He told me he could do a conference call with reward center since customer service and rewards kept insisting that they couldn't help me and I had to talk to the other one. Now, of course by this point the reward center is closed.  He assured me that he PERSONALLY would call me back the next day to do the conference call.  Got my number, best time to call everything  AUGUST 24th STILL WAITING FOR MY CALL BACK!!!  I will now be canceling my service AS SOON AS IT IS POSSIBLE.  I have been with AT&T for over 12 years, I pay them over $400 a month!  Really sad that it has come to me cancelling them over a $300 reward, but I really feel that the way I was deceived into purchasing something I didn't need with the promise of the reward "covering the activation and cost for at least 1 year" and then to continually be given the run around and straight up lied to is beyond anything I am willing to accept. I have spent a total of 11 HOURS to get this taken care of and it is obviously clear that they are not interested in taking care of their customers, no matter how long you have stuck with them.

Same thing happened to me. I was told I would get two $100 cards. First one arrived and I used it, but never saw the second, even after visiting the store multiple times and checking the reward center website, which is crude at best.

Wow, the same thing happened to me. I bundled my service in January and they told me since I switched cell phone providers that I would get a $250 credit. It is now May and I have spent 8+ hours on the phone with them since January. They said at first I had to wait 2 billing cycles. After the two billing cycles I still never received any credit. After calling several times, each time they accuse me that there was no promotion. Then they go through and check previous conversations I had and see there should have been a credit. Then they tell me it will be applied in 5+ days and to check back. This is pretty much what they say to me each time I call. This is unacceptable. Do not switch to AT&T. I'm going back to t-mobile. I never ever had to question my credits or bill with t-mobile or Verizon.

The most unhelpful customer service I've ever received. I was promised by ATT $275 in rewards for bundling my existing cell phones with Uverse and Internet. After missing my install date for 3 weeks because of ATT issue with my address (there was ATT here before me), I finally got it installed. I received $175 in reward cards but chatted in to find out where the last $100 was. I was told to wait, it may be activated after so much time. I waited, and was then told I waited too long. ATT is unwilling to do ANYTHING for me, even though I have the chat transcripts where I was told the amount, and was told to wait. I even went into the store, no one has been willing to help, and they won't let me out of my (Edited per community guidelines) contract that they had me sign under false pretenses. I hate ATT. I want to go through every avenue to voice my displeasure. It's beyond bad.

Hi, the only way I solved my issue was to send an email to the CEO.  I was very nice and voiced my concern as when I called customer service they told me over and over to keep waiting a few more weeks.  After 5 months of not receiving my credit I contacted the CEO.  They called me the next day apologized and gave me my credit within a few days.  I would email the CEO.

Thank you for absolutely nothing. I was promised a reward card for setting up my internet with AT&T, never received it. I was then promised a reward card for trading in my phone with AT&T when I signed up for wireless, never received it, and they took my phone. I finally got the number for the reward center and called and they said that they couldn’t do anything about it. As always, thanks for the stellar customer service.
