Ongoing outage in San Jose
We've been without phone, internet and TV U-verse service since Sunday (5th day and counting). Service workers have been in my neighborhood every day but missed our appointment on Tuesday and nobody can give us a revised ETA for a fix. Can anyone help? This is getting ridiculous.
