Northlane debit card

I made the huge mistake of having DirectTV. I say this because my DirectTV refund was sent on a debit card that doesn't work. I tried activating it on the compluter and over the app.. it shows my debit card is invalid, further more, and you'll get a kick out of this, all of the phone #'s for activation and customer service aren't active. So I'm stuck losing a lot of money. Is there a fix for this?
