NEVER RECEIVED MY AT&T REWARD CARD!
Can someone please assist me here? I never received my reward for $100. I have uverse internet and uverse phone service.
I have called the reward center representatives so many times since July and they always act so clueless or in a rush to get off the phone! I was relying on this card to pay my at&t bill and it hasn't arrived !!! I called today and they don't even have a mail date! I am highly upset!

Send them a private message, on this link, and they should be able to give the help needed to solve your reward card problems. They are available M-F 8am-11pm Eastern time, response may take up to 2 business days.
This is not the regular CS/TS people, but the social media Community Specialists that know the people to contact to get things done.
Include your account#, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.
Check the blue PM envelope, upper right on every page, for their reply.
They might be able to help w/the reward card. Good luck 😉

this was NO HELP at all!!! The reps at the reward center are still lying and clueless!! No mail date!!! I claimed the reward over a month ago!!
