Need help contacting the VP who called me from the corporate office
On March 20 or 21, I filed a complaint with the BBB about AT&T raising the cost of my bundled services by over $100 a month. On March 22, a very helpful lady from one of the VP's offices called me (I never did get her name, just that she was calling from a VP's office in response to my BBB complaint) and we came to a satisfactory solution and cost that she assured me would begin with my April payment and would last for 12 months. Two days later, I received a new bill that was still $90 higher than the agreed cost. So I tried to call her back but only got that awful call screening software, and since I am speech impaired the software could not understand what I was saying. I tried to work through AT&T chat and even though they made assurances, I still got two more bills that were way higher than the agreed amount. So I am trying to reach that lady again, and I even re-filed my BBB complaint just to get word to her that I needed to speak to her. If anyone knows who she is or which office she worked from, I would appreciate a way to contact her directly without going through that call screening crap software. Or at least get a message to her that I am trying to reach her and if she'd call me back and provide her name and direct contact information. My payment is due next week and I've got five different costs in front of me, with $100 difference between the lowest and highest. (The lowest price is what she and I agreed on.) So can someone help me?
