Is it possible your customer service
Your customer service is truly horrible, not the first time- your employees lie
You have trained this Sr. citizen to take my blood pressure medicine prior to call your customer service

you venting or have an issue you would like to share and maybe other customers may be able to assist, as of now your venting to a customer populated forum not to at&t as they dont read the forums .occasionally atthelp will drop by but they are limited to how they can assist
