Can move residence with Uverse? Or need to switch to ATT TV?

Hello - if I am moving residences can I still keep Uverse? Or is that considered new and need to switch to new ATT TV (since not offering Uverse to new customers).

Also, is channel numbering scheme same between Uverse vs ATT TV? For example is ESPN HD still 1602 on ATT TV as it is on Uverse? Uverse is very logical in that you just add 1000 to any non-HD to get the HD version of the channel.
