Billing credit

I spoke with David on Chat 8/27 who transferred me to Sam on the phone call. Sam was to issue me a credit. He said to wait a 'few days' for it to show up on line. That was 7 days ago. Still no credit is showing. What is 'a few days'?

Poor customer service.  Dealing with them is time consuming and you can’t speak to no one that can help you.  Someone needs to investigate their process and taking advantage of consumers.
