ATT Breach of Contract based on no customer service, wrong install, and additions to bill I did not
So far in switching from Direct TV to U_verse I had a terrible and incorrect install, customer service following that literally threatened me with the fee that comes with a breach of contract (read first post on this account, gets good around the third person in the chat transcript, and they added the pay channels to my bill after specifically asking them no to multiple times. What represents a breach of contract from ATT? I am sure tucked into the fine print somewhere it says they can run you over with one of their vans if they are having a bad day, and I honestly mean that, because it would not surprise me at this point. I thought sprint was bad but ATT makes me see rainbows and butterflies when I think about Sprint now. At least someone benefits from the lack of customer care.
