Account access without texting?
I find it ridiculous that there is no way for ATT to allow online access to an individual without the use of a text code to be sent. My 84 year old mother does NOT use texting, she doesn't know how to even find the icon on her phone. She recieved a message that the auto payment was declined due to a new credit card # needed(her last card was compromised). She asked me to resolve for her but I could not do since I don't have access to her phone to look at the text(we don't live together) When I called to speak to an agent, I was asked for her password, which of course my mother did not know. We have her account logon, password and pin but no other type of password. In the end I had to wait until a friend was at her house grab her phone and give me the text code to access her account. I can't believe there is no other option???No email link?
