$200 rewards duping
Hello,
I was ordering Uverse online at the end of february and the prompts all said i would receive $200 rewards card for ordering today. I even confirmed with an online chat sales representative. Now they are trying to tell me i am only receiving $100. I even screen shotted (see below) and saved the email saying i woud receive $200. Once i say that they tell me "oh we cant help with that" and forward me to the rewards department which conveniently 2 times now has told me they cant hear me on the phone.
This practice of promising a reward and then showing a lesser reward after the fact is a illegitimate and enfuriating practice! Can anyone help me?

Think there sould be 1 more page after this one showing the correct rewards, I detail below.
What are you complaining about, you're getting over $400 in rewards and savings over 12 month term.
Generally the way it works, no contract, you get $200. W/contract savings of $311, you get $100, for a total of $411. I know what the better deal is, 12 month contract.

my complaint has no issue about the fairness of the bundle. It is the fact that there is an EXTRA reward for signing up, separate from the savings on the bundle. It is a great deal, but i left my comcast service for the extra incentive of the $200 reward card. They offered it, they are not honoring it. It is that simple.

Did you give the chat representative your account information? If so, and that representative assisted with your order, I believe that your order is no longer considered an "online order."
