$200 if i switched to att internet and uverse and autopay discount

I was told when i switched from comcast to att internet and U-verse i  would get $200 visa reward, then when i signed up and a month later i only got a $100 visa reward, wheres the other $100? and its telling me that my autopay discount expires next month. Isn't autopay discount supposed to be until you deactivate it?
