Need my Digital Life system connected!

I need help! I bought a house from an AT&T employee with Digital life Equipment (a ton of it!!), but I didn’t know I had to get the previous owner to transfer the billing to me. Now, I don’t have access to the app. Is there nothing I can do short of buying a whole new system? If I have to buy a whole new system when I have a system that is working perfectly except for being connected to the monthly service, I will definitely need a new security company. (Maybe a new tv, Internet, and phone service company, too!!)

how is this at&t's fault? as for as they know the original owner of the house still has his service.

More than likely the previous owner cancelled service. If so, your only option is to order new service, that is if they still even offer Digital Life to new customers.

Good morning,

If the service is still active, you will need to contact the previous owner and have them do one of the following:

  1. Disconnect the existing service so you can activate new service in your name.
  2. Have them request a transfer of billing to your name.

The previous owner will need to initiate one of the options above.
