My alarm panel has been indicating software update in progress for 48 hours
My Digital Life Alarm panel has a message on it saying "a software update is in progress" for over 48 hours. I can't set the alarm at all. How do I fix this?

Hello,
Please contact our Customer Support team at 1-855-288-2727, select option 4, and Digital Life Agent will assist you with resetting your keypad. If there was a software update, that message should have only displayed for a few minutes.
