Digital cameras have ceased to function
My internet service provider was recently switched, and I'm really happy with the move. A few months after switching modems, the digital alarm system I'd been using is still going strong. Digital cameras aren't working, though. What should I do now? This problem message keeps up over and over again.
"AT&T's wireless network is interfering with your Digital Life Controller (DLC) ability to communicate with your home's internet connection.
Digital Life cameras cannot be accessed without an internet connection, and the Digital Life system as a whole may not function properly until your home's internet connection is restored to the Digital Life Centre."

It sounds like your internet is not connected to the internet via an ethernet connection. Please contact our Customer Support team at 1-855-288-2727, select option 4, and Digital Life Agent will assist you.
