Communication error

Because AT&T was cancel the monitor service, now I need my alarm system to work with out monitor for now.

Digital Life no longer offers monitoring service. Your last day of service is 12/15/2022

As a reminder from our previous communications, your last day of service with Digital Life will be 12/15/2022 and your account will be cancelled and no longer active after that date. The actual processing of the cancellation may take a couple of extra days; however, you will not be billed for services any longer after your last full day of service 12/15.

If this cancellation is during your billing cycle and you have an overpayment, we will issue your refund in the form of a debit card approximately 30-45 days after account cancellation.
