Virtual PrePaid Minutes Card for Navy Ships NOT WORKING!
I recently purchased a Virtual PrePaid Minutes card for my son who is currently deployed on the aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln which is in the Persian Gulf as I write. I initially purchased $20 on a card and had him call from the carrier to verify that the card worked before adding more minutes. His first call worked, so I added $50. Tonight, I get an email from him and he says that he picks up the phone and dials his pin and gets a message saying his pin is invalid. He has made several attempts but, keeps getting the same message.
I can't put into words (at least not in an open forum) how disappointed we are. Even more disappointed that ATT does not provide live customer support! The number provided directs you to the website where "you can find answers to all of your questions". WRONG!
I'd sure like someone from ATT to contact me to resolve this issue (before we are at war) so I can talk to my son. Your immediate response would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
PS: If anyone knows a way to get a live support number, I would be thankful.

Thank you!!! I’ve had even more worse issues with ATT trying to purchase minutes for my wife and yet my response was the same as yours. I spoke with someone from their regular wireless support and she said “well we never get any complaints about our prepaid service” i said because no one can get ahold of you! We really need to raise awareness to AT&T because they sure don’t have a problem taking our money
