Veteran Discount

I have been trying to get my veteran discount for 8 months and nobody can figure out or fix the problem.

Veteran discount is only offered on postpaid cellular. If you are talking about any other service, that’s why. Since you’ve not said how you have attempted to get the discount, not much anyone can suggest. The easiest way to get the discount added to your account is to present your documentation at an ATT corporate store. It took me about 5 minutes to get my discount added.
