There’s no loyalty all lies
Took 9 1/2 months and 3 tries sending in dd214 and finally got it in the system and apparently I can’t get cover for all that time. No back pay aloud(wasn’t my error I did what I was told to). Then all I wanted since the start is new iPhone 12 Pro Max but I can’t get without 900 down. 12 customer service reps later get told oh I can help but I can’t do over phone u need to go to store I’ll have everything in system u get phone and only pay 100 down. Now mind u it’s snow really bad and I only have 2 hours till closed and 35 min drive in good weather took awhile only to find out I was lied to and to top it all off (and here is we’re loyalty comes in) another 7 different people later I get a sales rep try help me and not make it like it’s my fault or hang up on me. and say only way I get is with 900 down but if I was coming from another company there be no downpayment WERE THE VETERANS LOYALTY id rather go to dmv or dentists or back overseas then having to keep calling AT&T because they don’t care about u

Well Loyalty would normally refer to how long you've been a customer. That has nothing to do with being a Veteran or not.
Now if a legitimate promotion didn't work (especially taking over 9 months) and the agents over the phone couldn't address it, then request a supervisor when you call or if you already have then I would consider a BBB complaint.
