Switching to att
I am currently with sprint and would like to trade in my iPhone XS Max for a note 20 ultra and also switch to Att from sprint. I am also in the military and would like to make use of any discounts available to me. How do I go about it?

The best way is to an ATT corporate store. They can take care of everything including signing you up for the military discount.

It sounds like you'll want to Bring Your Own Device when you come over to AT&T, and, as you own it outright, go ahead and upgrade after.
