Military Unlock not processing
When a servicemember deploys is it Att&t's policy to unlock the device? If so, and deployment orders are requested what should servicemembers submit? I've been in the military 10 years, 4 deployments and not once have I been issued deployment orders...they are not a thing. The only orders we receive are PCS orders or moving orders to a new location or unit. I've called 7 times and not a single agent seems to know the answer nor put me in contact with the "military support team". What gives?

The PCS or TDY orders are the “deployment orders” ATT needs. I have no idea why no ATT agent is able to tell you that.

It appears that you are the true expert of this company. Thank you for answering this, seriously. Do you happen to know the email I would send them to?

Let's help you with your unlock request, @dakotawilbourn1794.
Active military customer with a temporary or permanent change of station (TCS or PCS military document) do not have to complete their installment agreement or contract to be eligible to unlock their device.
Let us know if this helps!
