Military discount
My wife and I enrolled in a new AT & T wireless plan and the rep mentioned that there is a veteran's discount available for the plan. I did not have proof of my veteran status with me at the time but was advised I could return to the store with verification and the discount would be applied. When I returned the next day the rep was unable to scan my DD 214 because of it's size and suggested I call Customer Service to assist. Customer Service gave me another number to call - 866-482-4608 - which was not in service. Does anyone have any ideas as to how to get this accomplished? Thanks!

i would try a different store if possible i can scan a postage stamp so not sure why they couldnt scan your DD2144

I may have to give that a try. A different store. The guy who waited on me had a hand held scanner and he had to raise it several feet off the document to get it all in but that didn't seem to work.

You need to go to a corporate owned store, not an authorized retailer.
