Military discount sign up for direct tv, at&t internet, and land line

I just got off the phone with a loyalty agent at AT&T.  She was great!  She and her supervisor advised me that I'm eligible for a military discount on each of my services (my bundle includes services for my land line, internet, and direct TV.

How can I sign up on line or in store to get the discount?

Sorry to say but you were misinformed. The only military discount offered by ATT is for cellular service. ATT did offer a military discount on TV and internet service with a qualifying unlimited data plan but that was discontinued over a year ago. ATT has never offered a military discount on a land line. I actually am getting those discounts but only those who signed up before it was discontinued last year still get it.

We are here to help, @Crancy.

Thank you to @sandblaster for the useful information.

As he stated, the military discount offered by AT&T is for cellular service only. We did offer a military discount on TV and Internet with a qualifying unlimited plan but that was discontinued over a year ago and we have never offered a military discount on a landline.

Thank you Marc (and Sandblaster) for the information.  I am very disappointed with this response since I've been a customer of AT&T for many years (over 20) and was previously told there was no discount for military when I asked (many times).  Had I received correct info when I asked more than once, over a year ago, I would be grandfathered in for the internet and direct TV discount.  Now that a loyalty rep and supv tell me there is a military discount, and the amount I'd receive off of each service, I'm being told it is too late.  I feel compelled to take this further and will contact the corporate office if needed.  Any other suggestions Marc?  Feel free to contact me directly.  I assume you could access my account.

Thank you for your help.
