Discount
I am still not getting my Military Discount. I feel like I am getting the around. I have had to go to a physical store times now. I have called multiple times. I went to links in my Email, provided my military ID ad even LES.. Why is it taking so long?

How long has it been since you first tried to add the discount through a store? Discounts can take up to 3 billing cycles before they are added to an account.

Hopefully you are talking about postpaid cellular service, there are no military discounts on any other service. In any event, if you have presented your documentation at a corporate store and still don’t have the discount, file an FCC or BBB complaint. I went to a corporate store to add my discount, it was on my very next bill.
