Deployed so I need to get my phone paid off
Hello! Recently I deployed and I was told that if I have my orders. Then I submit them to you, and then you can help pay off my device? I have tried your help/ billing site and it says it’s down. So I’m contacting you.

Sorry they are not offering financial assistance to pay off your phone. The only deployment perk is they will unlock your phone if deployed to use on a carrier while deployed

What you need to do is put your line on military hold/cancel. They may or may not require you to pay off your phone. See this for info on how to do that: https://www.att.com/support/article/wireless/KM1045509/
