Bill was $250 a month.
Bill was $240-250 a month, because of course it somehow changes every month with AT&T. Went to a store location at mall where live after found out had veteran/military discounts. Scanned ID etc, they said would take off about $30 a month. Last 2 months its $260-270..
What in the (Edited per community guidelines), nothing changed. They tried baiting me into a different plan, which didnt do when have already unlimited everything (only 2 phones). We didn't get new phones either, same 2 phones for a year now, why in the (Edited per community guidelines) is my bill increasing slowly.?
They changed the chat feature so can't contact a person anymore and when tried to call it says "busy due to m(Edited per community guidelines) calls". Scam out the (Edited per community guidelines) or what?

@Constructive Not necessarily true. I know of corporate stores in malls. @Chris7530 What is the name of your plan and how many lines? What exactly on your bill is changing? My bill rarely changes. If it does, it’s only by a few cents due to taxes.

We've submitted military docs THREE times now (two on line and once in person) and they STILL have no record of it. Now have to go in person AGAIN. Incredibly inconvenient since you always have to wait up to an hour just standing there in a store. We have been misguided and misinformed since day one (at Costco kiosk in New Berlin - Cassidy - made a lot of promises that have not been accurate. I regret switching to ATT.
