ATT/Boingo Passpoint Secure
Hey Guys,
I'm on an Airforce base for school and I am trying to connect to Passpoint Secure. Passpoint Secure looks like some kind of contract between ATT and Boingo. My phone automatically connected to it but when I try to login using my ATT username and password I run into trouble. See the image attached. Have any of you tried connect to it before? What am I doing wrong? I am using the correct login credentials (I tried a wrong one before and got a different error message). This is what I get when I try logging in with the right credentials.

Hello @Djgardn,
We're happy to help.
Make sure your certificate is still valid by going to Settings, General, and Profile.
You can also try re-adding your profile by going to your profile, selecting Boingo Passpoint Secure, Delete Profile, and re-download the Passpoint profile.

I am having the same issue, and everyone at tech support seems to of never heard of this deal or that this is even a feature.
Is there a solution?

@ATTHELP - My daughter is also at airforce base where she sees passpoint but had to pay high $$$ to connect to boingo - I thought when you have ATT passpoint comes free? is that correct assumpsions?
