That depends on what plan you have. If you have an unlimited plan, the discount is still 25% off the entire bill, so if the additional line normally costs $30 more, you’ll pay $22.50 more.

Let's look into those savings with your military appreciation discount just for adding another line. As @sandblaster stated, the discount is still 25% off for any AT&T Unlimited plan.
We want to advise that it's possible to save an additional $10 by enrolling in AutoPay Paperless Billing (if you haven't already).
