This set box does not match the account setting

As said in the subject, the main DVR box (model number: ISB7500 / last 4 GUID: 1096 ) is having issues connecting to the router (not 100% sure that is the issue though). After unplugging and restarting it, it loads with the gear and loading screen. Then, loses signal and goes back to the same screen

Solution for "lost signal" when using a third party router

I just rewired my home network to use a custom router (an Asus RT-AC88U) behind the AT&T modem/router combo, which created an issue with the U-verse IPTV. Upon switching channels, the TV would play normally for a few (10-20) seconds, and then freeze and display an error saying it lost the signal
