I never received my $100 Visa Reward.  It never came in the mail, but my plan says I was owed one.  Who do I need to contact?

I currently have the 350 package.  I would really like to have HBO, but I don't want to upgrade to the 450 package.  Too expensive and too many channels. Can I just add HBO and if so how much would it cost?

Why is ‘Stingray’ music channel not loading when selecting the ‘OK’ button on the remote. A error code 0 is returned instead with a reply stating ‘Try back in 30 minutes’. Does ‘Stingray’ require an internet subscription? Or, only provided from another ‘U-verse’ package? Thanks.

Remote on one tv won't do anything except volume and on and off same remote works on other TV's but other remotes have same problem on the one tv think it might be the box what do you think

I use a AT&T u-verse standard black remote control. I was able to program it with remote code 6008. Both on/off and volume control work. I have not try other functions yet.

Uverse Internet only- starting last night, some devices can no longer connect to wifi.  Shut down all devices and rebooted router. Kindle, Windows10 Lenovo Laptop, and Vizio smart tv won’t connect with default password- try again error (same password works to connect iMac & iPhone & andriod phone).

How can you watch cubs games on uverse. I got csn and the game was blacked out. I live in grand rapids Michigan btw.
